One sheet per plant. None of them is a permit.
AURION POWER, STAR KEY Energy PLC. These are floor plans for a credit discussion: what building each project needs, and which project does not belong on the 150 ha pin. They are not a survey, not an IFC set, and not a drawing an Ethiopian-registered architect has stamped.
Site
The lease rectangle is the sponsor’s 150 ha, unsurveyed. CSP sits outside it on purpose.
Photovoltaic building
Phase 1 power is a 50 MWac field. This sheet is one MV and inverter building. How many copies, and where the rows sit, waits on the hectares that are actually buildable.
Geothermal power house
Binary ORC. The air-cooled condenser is a yard, not a room. Nothing here is ordered before the well test.
One well pad
A single pad. The program is three to six wells. A field plan would be fiction before the first well is completed.
Greenhouse module
One hectare, repeated five times in Phase 1. The sponsor’s 20 ha is not this drawing.
Water treatment
Process rooms only. Capacity is whatever the water permit says. Brine has no disposal drawing because none exists.
Control, admin, workshop
The occupied building. Control is separated from the workshop so a weld does not sit on the SCADA wall.
Substation
Yard plus a relay hut. Voltage is blank. No transformer is specified.
CSP — a different project
Shown so a reader can see the power block, and so it cannot be papered onto the Tendaho lease.
What each sheet refuses to decide
| Sheet | Project | Still open |
|---|---|---|
| A-001 | Site | Title, grazing width, net buildable hectares |
| A-101 | PV | Inverter count, row pitch, soiling access |
| A-201 | ORC house | Vendor plot, MW after the pump test |
| A-202 | Well pad | How many wells, and where the second pad goes |
| A-301 | Greenhouse | Crop, gutter height, cooling load |
| A-401 | Water | Source, licence volume, brine fate |
| A-501 | Control | Construction camp is a different permit |
| A-601 | Substation | kV, fault level, bay count |
| A-701 | CSP | Site, DNI year, EPC, offtake — not this parcel |
